Shipping Policies
DOMESTIC SHIPPINGFedEx is our preferred and recommended carrier and at checkout we offer FedEx Overnight, 2nd Day Air and Express Saver options. Other options available at checkout are: UPS, USPS Priority and Express Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to US and Canada Only.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please make your selections carefully. However, due to health and sanitary concerns we cannot accept returns of sexually oriented items. Unauthorized returns must be thrown away and credit or exchange cannot be issued.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please contact us within 30 days if you receive a defective item. We will determine if a return is necessary. If a return is necessary, the item will be replaced with a duplicate or similar item and shipped at no charge.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If you miss your delivery and the order is returned to us, we will gladly reship the item to you; however you will be billed for the original and reshipping charges. Orders that have been shipped and are refused or return will be charged shipping fees and a 10% cancellation fee. A credit will be issued, less the shipping and cancellation fees.
BACK ORDERS
Our shopping cart is setup so you shouldn’t be able to order items that are out of stock; on occasion an item you order may not be available due to sudden demand. You will be contacted if any of the item(s) on your order are not immediately available. Items in stock will be shipped immediately regardless if you have any back ordered item(s). When the back order or replacement item(s) are shipped, we will pay the shipping charges on the second order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All orders are processed within 24 hours, many times within the same day. Orders cancelled immediately will incur no charges. After 24 hours there will be a cancellation fee of 10%. Orders that are cancelled after they have been shipped will be charged shipping charges and a 10% cancellation fee. Credit issued for the return will be less the shipping and cancellation fees once the item has been returned to us.
